MOVO charges only a percentage of the realized ride. There are no hidden costs.
Is there a subscription or a fixed monthly cost?
No. MOVO does not have a subscription fee or a fixed monthly cost. You only pay a percentage per completed ride.
How does a ride assignment work (how is it decided who gets the ride)?
The system automatically assigns rides based on driver location, availability, and other operational parameters to reduce waiting and idling.
What if I want to exit MOVO?
